LOWER LEVEL
AUDITORIUM GIOVANNI AGNELLI
The 1,500-square-meter hall is located below one of the
inner courtyards of the former factory and is affectionately
referred to as the 'shoe box' due to its resemblance to a
shoebox. The hall is paneled in Canadian cherry wood to meet
the acoustic requirements of the space, enabling a
reverberation time of 2 seconds for symphonic music and 1.5
seconds for congresses. An underfloor air conditioning
system is controlled from a central control room. The hall
is illuminated by a thousand dimmable lamps and stage lights
mounted on movable American ceiling structures, allowing for
adjustable white lighting on the stage. The hall features
1,320 folding desk seats in red alcantara, arranged in an
amphitheatre layout. The seating can be reduced to 990 using
a motorized dividing curtain and further down to 495 with a
double fold-down seat and laptop table set up in red
alcantara. Additionally, there are 296 gallery seats, 120
seats in the two tiers of boxes, and 165 choir seats behind
the stage, bringing the auditorium capacity to 1,901.The
1-meter-high movable stage can be partially lowered, and the
fixed part is equipped with movable platforms. No wings are
provided in the auditorium. Furthermore, the auditorium
includes a 10-meter modular speaker's table with chairs and
a cherry wood podium as standard equipment for congress
layouts.
LOWER LEVEL
ROOM 500
The "Small Auditorium" is named for its resemblance to the
Agnelli Auditorium. It has 476 fixed folding desk seats
seats in green alcantara arranged in an amphitheatre layout.
When set up in classroom style, the capacity is reduced to
238 seats. The technical equipment includes an 8m x 4m
motorised screen, a system of movable trusses, and
amplification that can be operated from a dedicated control
room. The congress configuration includes a modular
speakers' table that can be extended to 8m, chairs, and a
cherry wood podium.
GROUND LEVEL
ROOM LONDRA
The congress configuration in this room includes 210 fixed
folding desk seats, a 6-meter cherry wood speakers' table
equipped with microphones, and a cherry wood podium placed
on a 10 cm platform. The room also features high-quality
carpeted floor covering to complement its perfect
soundproofing.
GROUND LEVEL
ROOM MADRID
The conference setup includes 120 fixed folding desk seats,
a 6-meter cherry wood speakers' table equipped with
microphones, and a cherry wood podium positioned on a 10-cm
platform. The room's perfect soundproofing is complemented
by high-quality carpeted floor covering.
MEZZANINE LEVEL
ROOM ISTANBUL
The standard setup includes 150 movable chairs with folding
desk, allowing for various layouts such as workshop spaces,
business-to-business meetings, and cabaret style. The room
is soundproofed and features natural light along with
blackout curtains. High-quality floor carpeting complements
the room's excellent soundproofing.
MEZZANINE LEVEL
ROOMS PARIGI AND ROMA
These two halls feature fixed seats with folding desk, a
speakers' table, and a cherry wood podium. They are
perfectly soundproof. The recently renovated parquet
flooring adds warmth to the rooms, and each room offers
natural light and pleasant views of either the gardens or
the main facade of the building.
GROUND LEVEL
ROOMS LISBONA, ATENE, DUBLINO, COPENAGHEN
Each room is equipped with 50 seats upholstered in green
fabric. The rooms have light-colored walls and parquet
flooring, creating a warm and bright ambiance. Additionally,
the rooms are perfectly soundproof.
MEZZANINE LEVEL
ROOMS VARSAVIA, PRAGA, SOFIA AND OSLO
These are small rooms where the layout can be adjusted to
create different configurations, from 18 to 40 people. The
rooms are well-lit with natural light and can be darkened
with curtains for optimal screening. The Sofia Room is
strategically located for secretarial functions.
MEZZANINE LEVEL
ROOMS BRUXELLES AND VIENNA
The rooms are furnished with fixed oval table for 30 and 18
people, respectively. The halls are perfectly soundproofed
and are covered with high-quality carpet. The outdoor green
areas provide a lovely view, making these rooms an
attractive setting for small meetings.
GROUND LEVEL
EXHIBITION, POSTER, AND CATERING AREAS
The venue's spacious corridors and light-filled glass
galleries are ideal for large-scale events. They can
accommodate exhibition areas and poster display spaces up to
1,000 net sq. m. Heights range from 2.5 to 5 metres,
offering a variety of solutions. Catering areas can be
arranged to be shared with other requirements to achieve
synergy while respecting customers' needs. Suppliers will
provide the kitchens and facilities needed for catering.

ROOM BERLINO
The “white room” with n. 120 movable chairs with folding
desks presents a white parquet flooring together with two
white side wings on stage. It’s the ideal room for
conventions and meetings that need to brand the hall. The
flexible layout and natural light complement the room’s
excellent features.
